If there is a conflict between these Terms and your client agreement, the client agreement prevails for trading services; these Terms continue to govern use of the website itself.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access the website or use our services.

N S Capital (Global) Limited provides online trading and investment services described on this website, subject to client categorisation, product availability, onboarding checks, and applicable law. Services may include access to trading platforms, account management tools, market information, education, support and related operational services.

The availability of any product, account type, platform feature or promotion may vary by country of residence, client category and regulatory requirement. Nothing on the website is an offer or solicitation where such offer or solicitation would be unlawful.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our services. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

This website is intended for Retail Clients, Professional Clients and Eligible Counterparties. All content and materials on the website and our platforms, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, platform code, trading tools and names or marks used on the website, are owned by N S Capital (Global) Limited, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the website and platforms for your personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with your account. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicence or create derivative works from any part of our services without prior written consent.

账户终止后，您访问服务的权利即告终止。未平仓头寸可能按当时市场价格平仓，任何剩余余额将在扣除应付款项并完成我们须执行的相关核查后退还给您。终止不影响终止日期之前已产生的权利与义务；本条款中按其性质应在终止后继续有效的条款将继续有效。

We are not responsible for losses arising from your own trading decisions, ordinary market movement, or events outside our reasonable control, including failures of telecommunications networks, third-party data feeds, payment systems or internet infrastructure. You acknowledge that trading losses are an inherent risk of leveraged products and are yours alone.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law or regulation.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

This choice of law is without prejudice to any mandatory client protections available to you under applicable law. Your client agreement may contain additional dispute-resolution, jurisdiction or governing-law provisions for trading services; where it does, the client agreement prevails for those services.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
